Aldo, I want to pint out the next project for the Advenir Residents to fix the roads so cars don't get damage due to the multiple sink holes on the Advenir property's roads. This issue can seriously damage residents' cars.

“So far, so good! Destiny was amazing from the first day I enquired to the day I collected my keys. Collecting my keys was a smooth and informative process. Black appliances but I'll live. Everything works well so far. Should there be any issues or should Arium continue to do a good job, I will post other reviews as updates.”

“Great Community! This has been one of the best apartment complexes that I’ve ever rented at. It’s going on 3 years and the staff are very friendly and they maintain the community so well. So professional and maintenance do not take a long time to respond or fix things. Very quiet, and they stay on top of things. So pest or critters in the units. Very spacious. 10/10 highly recommended!”

“Had the opportunity to tour the complex today. Apartments were great, love the proximity to highways, food places, and downtown areas.
Also Victoria did an excellent job as my leading consultant. She was highly attentive and did an excellent job highlighting the benefits of the complex (as an added benefit to anyone who reads this, she speaks both English and Spanish to those who have a preference). I would definitely recommend her to anyone interested in the complex.”
