“So I went to mattress firm looking to bring a bed home SAME DAY! Stopped by the first location, and was greeted by a gentleman Matt but unfortunately told me that they were just a showroom and it would be a week before I could get a bed. But he led me to another mattress firm location, and was told to ask for Eric. Thank god for Mr Eric! He was Straight up honest, to the point, didn’t try to rip me off got me hooked up with an awesome bed for super low price! If I could rate more than 5 stars I would!!”

“Huge shoutout to Annie she was amazing! We went to find a bed set and she offered for us to come back the next day to get a better deal with financing. When went back the next day and ran into some issues but we got it resolved. Annie did not leave until we got what we needed, we were there past closing time. “We are from out of state but came in to try out mattresses. Surgery is scheduled shortly after our return home and we needed to find a suitable mattress NOW. Some brands have various names assigned to the samemodels in different areas of the country - which can be extremely confusing. Jeffery took the time to search stores in my area that had exactly what we wanted. He received no financial benefit from this sale to a different company but took the stress out of our situation. “We purchased two beautiful wood pieces in April, which we were able to keep at the store until we were ready to move into our house in Cape Coral on Oct. 1st… Hurricane Ian had different plans, but the folks at Tropical Furniture took care of us. Delivered the table and cabinet Oct. 12th, despite the fact that they were themselves dealing with clean up! We will be shopping there often! ???”
