“Review for salesperson Una - absolutely fantastic, professional, polished customer service. Seriously, I never thought I would say this about a furniture place, but....it's really great. Every time I come here the service is fantastic, but Una went even above and beyond the "normal fabulous." I have bought furniture from this location multiple times, and always had a great experience. From the moment you walk into this showroom, you are immediately greeted by a professionally dressed, poised, enthusiastic salesperson. Can it feel a bit predatory....maybe, if you just wanted to browse, yes. They obviously work on commission, and are ready to pounce when you walk in, but...I know me, and I need help, so I WANT that! They ask questions to get to know your style, current decor, room dimensions, etc, and guide you personally through the enormous showroom to the areas that will meet your needs. They will literally walk through the store with you for an hour, spend as much time as necessary going back and forth (and back, and forth) between pieces until you have exactly what you want. This might be too high pressure for some people, but for me, who doesn't know what I like until I see it 3 or 4 times...it's exactly what I am looking for. A personal shopper/designer dedicated only to me while I'm there. No distractions, no glancing over to see if there's another person who they might make a sale to...nope. Just totally focused on you and your needs until you leave (or ask them to go away, I'd imagine.) I have bought a bedroom set and multiple separate pieces here, and will continue to do so. I feel goofy writing this, but I love this furniture store, and Uma is an absolute gem.”

She helped arrange for the furniture tech to come who has recommended I receive a replacement. Awaiting cooperate to call me to arrange for this. From Brenda's concern and involvement from my order date on and including the delivery team and Warren, the repair tech, who was so professional and friendly I am very pleased.”

I was greeted by a friendly Salesperson who was busy with other customers but immediately made sure I was being taken care of by another sales person.
