“My wife and I purchased a washer and dryer back in July. The washer didn’t work properly. We contacted Blue Water on several occasions and finally they they replaced the entire unit. I want to thank Alex for making the extra effort to get us us the washer. Enrique, our delivery man did an exceptional job getting the unit into our home and hooking it up. Everything is working the way it should. I previously gave this business a one star rating but want to change it to a four star rating. The only reason I didn’t rate it a five is how long it took to get our issue resolved. Thank you Rick and Sue Miller”
