“I've thought long and hard about this review because we bought a washer and dryer from Discount Appliance Warehouse over a month ago and we had quite a journey. I won't bore you with all the details but suffice it to say that even though we originally got 2 dryers that did not work (although they worked in the shop), the folks at Discount Appliance Warehouse went above and beyond to help us fix the problem. It took the folks at Discount Appliance Warehouse, 2 licensed electricians, a handyman and LCEC almost 6 weeks to determine a very freaky electrical issue that made the voltage fluctuate and rendered the dryer unworkable - at our house only. Not only did Discount Appliance Warehouse send out their technician several times (without a charge) but they upgraded both pieces at no charge to us in an attempt to make it right. I wasn't sure where the journey would land, but in the end, I have a wonderful working washer and dryer that I bought from a company that didn't bail when things got complicated.”

I can tell you there is no one more honest, reasonably priced, and hard working than this guy. I would highly recommend him. He has a background working for one of the 'big box' appliance dealers, so he understands the business really well. “I have worked with Jimenez Appliance for many years even when they were in Fort Myers. All Appliances I've purchased have been great and I've sent others there as well. We were having a problem with our fron load washer once and went there to see what he had and he told us how to check for error codes and if we got a certain one it was a circuit board. He gave the part number we needed and we fixed it ourselves. He is a very honest person and has advised us which brands/models are better than others. I would highly recommend Jimenez Appliances.”

She searched the entire store (including being sent to lumber from garden and back) and found what I needed. In todays age of self-service and generally poor customer service, she went the extra mile and it is greatly appreciated.”

“It was a rocky start ordering vinyl flooring for our condo. We are from out of state so we were on a time schedule. The flooring we picked was supposed to be delivered to the store in 2 weeks. 10 days after ordering we found out that it was running late and couldn’t they couldn’t give a date. We changed the flooring and that came on time but when delivered they were 11 boxes short. Well thank goodness for Moe Rodriguez and helper Katie for getting the 11 boxes and delivering it to us. From there it took 2 weeks for it to get installed and we specifically made it clear that we were on a time schedule. Home Depot said it was a slow time for the installation and there would be no problem. They also said that it would all be done in one day. When we called for installation they told us 5 days. The installation day finally came and Cliff Hill and helper showed up and the job was completed in 3 days. They did a fantastic job and respected our belongings like it was there own.”

They sent out a tech twice to correct the issue then replaced the appliance with a similar item.
