“They have golf carts 4 seater and 6 seater and scooters for rental, 4 hours minimum. Golf cart 4 hr rental is $99. Prices are on their website. They have a location near cruise ship pier. Call ahead and they will pick you up by the pier.”

“Was in Key West for a few days and decided to rent a golf cart for 24 hours and it was great! It was a 2 seater that looked like a Ford F150. Drove it all over the island. Service was excellent here. The gentleman helping us was very friendly and quick. We were in and out in like 10 minutes. Great prices. Going to refer friends here. Will definitely be renting here again on my next visit to KW.”

“Booked online through my AAdvantage card. Purchased additional rental car insurance through Allanz. Was told I would owe $537.45 at the pickup counter. Lady at the counter wanted to know if I wanted additional insurance. I told her I had already purchased it. When we got back from our vacation our emailed receipt was for $690.15 with a charge of $115.50 for additional insurance I had previously declined. When I contacted them they said they would only reimburse me for half $57.75 of the insurance which I had declined. I've always dealt with Enterprise in the past but thought I would give Avis a try. Never again!Avis Customer Service contacted me after seeing my review. After 2 emails back and forth my overcharge was refunded and all is good now. I would recommend them in the future. Just be sure you look at the agreement before signing it.”

“We rented in advance through ADAC and checked in online and for the first time we had no discussions about additional insurance or toll stuff. Just got the key without any problems.”
“I read the reviews and was ready for a 2star delivery but pleasantly surprised to change it to a 5 Star rating after feeling their pain of the airport logistics and asking the Rep how is she doing. Upon approach the girl at the desk was not real bubbly but quickly I understood why after they jammed 5 flights into 1 small area and wedging all the car rental lines into the same space. I told the rep we appreciate her support and received a smile. Between staffing issues and airport craziness of the flow really impacted everyone's moods. Process to get my car was excellent and she and I had a laugh and she was very appreciative that I recognized her hard work and crazy environment to conduct business.Yes, everyone needs to be professional but at times folks are carrying the weight of many with staffing issues from the back of house and overall chaos like the servers in restaurant industry.Many things management can improve.”

“Decided to call ahead of our arrival and spoke with the owner. He arranged to have a mobility scooter waiting for us at a hotel pickup point. Scooter was indeed there, ready to go and fully charged. My wife used that Scooter for over 5 hours and it stayed fully charged. We wouldn’t have made it around Key West if we didn’t have that scooter. Price was great and the experience well worth it! Highly recommended!”
