“I gave it a 5 star because David solve my issue with his rude employee Ismael. I walked in and a young man approached me. I ask was he the name of the person signed for my iPhone because I had it delivered there. He ask my name and responded. I don’t know what I did the day before. Huh? So when he came back with my phone I ask who was you talking to. He said everybody. I’m lose sir! He said didn’t you ask me did I remember you? I blank stared at him and said no I didn’t. I ask was you the name of the person signed for my phone and your being ghetto and unprofessional. He said no you are push my phone and license back to me and let someone else service you and walked away. Wow! A man ego hurt when he was wrong. A simple I’m sorry I thought I heard differently would’ve been better. Nobody won’t to walk into a establishment and you acting like you in the hood. He had 2arm sleeve tattoo and talking like that don’t match his job title. Maybe he should drive trucks ijs he rude”
