“What an amazing experience. I began my chat conversation at 10 AM trying to figure out how quickly I could get A phone for my mister hers broke Monday. The transaction was extremely easy and very informative they said it would be 24 hours but she received her phone by 5:30 this afternoon. I had not even had the opportunity to let her know that the phone was on the way she was absolutely shocked as I was. I was refunded money that I paid in exyes before 5 PM. Having AT&T service now has been a significntly positive GAME CHANGER - I can be reached at ALL TIMES within very remote places, both of which are critical to my safety and those who depend on me. So kudos to AT&T for its exceptional and reliable network coverage.Part 2- local store's CUSTOMER SERVICE and here is where AT&T has gained a customer for life.I was most fortunate to have my new AT&T account opened and serviced by Carlos ",the manager at little havana store" - a sharp, friendly "too-young for his vast knowledge" Wizz young man that is always willing to help n find solutions when others can't or just say "not possible".
