The facility is well laid out and inviting. Check. Staff knowledgeable. Check. Loaner cars available when booked in advance. Check. Like every repair shop you'll ever work with you drop off for something specific and their job is to find work; more work means revenue. We all get that, but a difference here. They'll tell you what they found/saw and suggest that at some point in the not-too-distant future you'll want to remind them to look again. A soft-sell that works!! The body work is straight and true. The lines are all matching and align perfectly. The color match with the paint is also excellent. Seems like it's everytime between like 2pm-6pm (just my opinion). I get it staffing is expensive and you gotta make make money somehow. Still giving a 5 though because of how good the staff is!”
