Cory is professional, courteous, knowledgeable and always considerate of his customers' time and needs. This past week, he squeezed me in for an appointment and was apologetic when my car needed to "spend the night" in order to have the brake pads checked the next morning. It wasn't a big deal to me, as he got someone to drive me home and I didn't need my car that evening, but he was genuinely concerned that he had inconvenienced me - - he had not! Cory is all about customer care and service! It's always a pleasure to take my car in for service. Kudos also to Bill Emerson, the service department manager for being the best service manager there is. He's obviously doing a great job of managing his staff, as can be witnessed in the quality of his service team.”
