“I wish I remembered the ladies name who resolved my issue. From what I’ve experienced the one in Port Charlotte is not acceptable by phone to discuss any issues or questions. I left messages in the morning and still didn’t receive a reply all day. I tried calling several times throughout the day as well I called the Naples store to intercede. They had to reach out to corporate to square my issue in total. I was able to get the additional fans for my project from the Naples store. The lady who helped me was scrappy. I have total respect for her.”

“I purchased 4 GE Appliances at Bill Smith Appliances last week. The refrigerator, range, dishwasher, and microwave got delivered and installed. The freezer portion of the fridge was not working. They came back the next day and removed the inoperable fridge and replaced it with a brand new one. They also wrote me a check for $100 for the lost food in my freezer. I spoke with Phil Irish from Bill Smith Appliances. The customer service was phenomenal. I could not have asked for a more outstanding experience with such a large purchase. “The Home Depot on Airport is a good store. Unlike the HD on Pine, you can usually find employees willing to help and get you loaded up. Going early is always a good idea. This is a larger store and you can usually get everything you need, without waiting for it to come back in stock. I had to buy some wood to complete a hay storage building for my horses, and was happy to meet John, who went around the store with me and we checked off everything on my handyman's list. John even measured some boards to be sure they were the right size. He looked the wood over and rejected pieces that didn't look good. This was quality service and very much appreciated, so a big shout out for John!”
