“This Naples institution is perfectly located for me between the Wynn's Supermarket/Gourmet store and the health club at the hospital on Tamiami Trail, N. (The supermarket's Juice Bar makes the best and healthiest protein shakes in the area.) The hardware is a gem in the community as it is stocked so much better than the big box stores. For example, Ace has a huge selection of wood and metal screws, bolts, washers, and nuts in all sizes located in individual bins so you can get as many or as few as you need for your projects. The paint department is also well-stocked with several brands of paints and stains to choose from as well as all the related items to do the job(s).I'm not a fisherman but can plainly see that the store has a wide variety of equipment, including clothing, to get beginners and experienced people out on the water.They also have a great selection of tools, plumbing supplies, cleaning products, grilling products, and other individualized services such as key cutting and knife sharpening.The work shop in the back replaces window and door screens and provides a variety of helpful services.The wide selection of products this store has to offer is trumped by the help provided by numerous knowledgeable employees! They not only help you find items in the store but give great advice on how to fix things for us DIYers that are often stumbling around trying to figure out how to do "one of a kind" and "never again!" projects. “I have heard of this place from a few contractor friends that use them exclusively for unistrut, tapcons and other fasteners so I thought I would check it out. All I can say is WOW!!! You have to give these ppl a shot! Small family owned business for the last 35 years and you can tell! They had me in and out of there in less then 5 mins at same price as the massive big box stores but with that good feeling you get when you support a local business and outstanding customer service. And they have everything that I couldn’t find at lowes and Home Depot !!! Bolts, nuts, anchors , all thread, lubricants and the best part is they are a makita authorized dealer with every tool that makita makes on display for you to try!!! “The Home Depot on Airport is a good store. Unlike the HD on Pine, you can usually find employees willing to help and get you loaded up. Going early is always a good idea. This is a larger store and you can usually get everything you need, without waiting for it to come back in stock. I had to buy some wood to complete a hay storage building for my horses, and was happy to meet John, who went around the store with me and we checked off everything on my handyman's list. John even measured some boards to be sure they were the right size. He looked the wood over and rejected pieces that didn't look good. This was quality service and very much appreciated, so a big shout out for John!”

“Knock it down a star for a lack of communication on a microwave I wanted and after 3 weeks of not getting it and having to settle on one that was smallerAnd not the right color and to top it off had to pay almost the same price because sale was over. Generally they are better than home depot but on this matter was a little disappointed. But I still go here for most of my needs”
