“My mom broke her phone. I needed an inexpensive replacement. I went to two other locations that had no reasonable options and didn't care if we had one. Then I found this location. We were greeted by Jacob with no wait time. I explained what we needed and he took us right to an affordable phone. He helped set it up as I had to piece the old together to get it working.
