“I bought in two phone to get fixed both phone were cracked really bad.I was a little doubtful if they can fix it and they did! The next day I wanted to transfer my number and my company was giving me a hard time. I was so worried I might lose the number but edgar was so patient and did his very best to make sure it doesn't happen and it DIDNT ! I kept my number and ask for a Recommendation on what conpany i should go to THANK YOU SO MUCH EDGAR!! .the only reason I gave it 4 stars because edgar was by himself and the bald guy to the right when you come in didn't want to help me to see if my charging port and act as if I'm bothering him. But THANK YOU EDGAR AGAIN!!Updated..so the owner called me and was very concerned about my review and I explained to him and he explained to me what happened and all of it was a miscommunication. 5 stars! Thanks guys”
“The best thing about this location are the workers. They care about the customers and want to make sure they leave happy. I've had other locations try to scam me. But these are genuine people who care. I will always make the drive to take care of what I need at this location as long as these workers are here.”

“I was greeted from the moment I walked in the store and helped right away.I came to this store to get my phone screen fixed because it was cracked. The man took my phone and said it would take only 20 minutes and it was faster than that. I also bought a screen protector and a phone case.They have decent prices for things at this store.They sell alot of electronics and good ones for that fact. I had great experience shopping here I would definitely recommend everyone to come check them out.”
“This is the only T-Mobile store I'm willing to travel for because of it's amazing customer service!!! I had over 13 business lines with Sprint(Customer for over 10 years) and Joel and his staff made it very easy to transition over to T-Mobile. I purchased Two iPhone 15 Pro Max's with Mr. Omar, back in September and due to the high demand, the phones took some time to arrive but the store kept me updated throughout the process. Special shoutout to Omar, Jorge and the manager who make up the great team. “I want to thank Nelson, I live in NY and my mother Janet is moving and had to get phone service unexpectedly which was the icing on the cake as far as her stress level. She broke down crying in the store today and Nelson came from behind the counter and calmed her down and gave her a hug. These days people are very selfish and rude. I have to say that Nelson went above and beyond his job duties and showed my mother compassion and empathy.
