Very knowledgeable and helpful staff, and comfortable furniture.

This is the main T-Mobile store in Lakeland so I think it's the best place to go if you need some kind of repair or service. They are often busy or t-mobile headquarters seems to take a while to service the worker's phone calls. My last visit took a good 45 minutes but the representative got the job done.
