“This is the way it should be done. I tried to buy a new phone in Mulberry and the experience was horrible. I looked up corporate stores and made a same day appointment at this one. I walked in (couple of weeks before Christmas) and they helped me right away. I can't remember the guys name, or the manager that later assisted, but they were 5 star. Unbelievably patient (we took awhile and the store got vey busy and they did not rush us at all), knowledgeable, and personable. I remember the guy said he drives from Babson Park to work, but I can't remember his name. LOL. Walked out with three new iPhones in hand (I only came in for one and Mulberry had told me I "probably" would have to order it. She never bothered to check inventory.) The also got me signed up to FirstNet.”

When all hope was gone and my wife began to shed a tear for the lost data Matt and the team refuse to give up and ultimately was able to get most of the information thought to be lost forever. We were so grateful for the amazing customer service. This store cares for its customers and we appreciate their work.”
