Car broke down and customer service agent said it happens all the time. Sadly they had us go to mechanic and refused to pay us back. Do not rent, u will lose a ton of money!!!

Do not rent from them! Car breaks down, you pay out of pocket to fix, they say they will reimburse and yet they do not. Horrible customer service agent at airport too, disgusting person / attitude and gaslighting like you would never believe. Wowzers

We got here when it supposed to be open (before 7pm) and there was no one to help us, because of that we lost our car reservation.
