NOTE: HAD TO REMOVE 1 STAR ON MY NEXT VISIT!
On my second trip to Harbor Freight I was looking for a 5 pack Extractor Set for $7.99 that I found on the Harbor Freight App stating they had 7 in stock, price only $7.99. When I went in and greeted the Cashier and Manager the Cashier Dexter was very courteous! When I showed the Manager Jim my broken Shower Down Tube Jim rudely answered, "WE DON'T SELL THOSE HERE!" What I was looking for was the 5 pc. Extractor Set! He answered, "OH YEAH, WE HAVE THEM, THE'RE VERY EXPENSIVE AND ONCE YOU USE ONE YOU CANNOT RETURN IT!" Then Jim properly turned his back on me and walked away! The Cashier Dexter at least offered to look at what I wanted on my cell phones HF App, now the line at the register is really starting to get backed up so instead of holding evertbody up because I'm very familiar with finding things I went down at 11 where it said that they would have the 5 Extractor Set but had no Extractors in it! Only Gloves & PPE! So I looked on one of the opposite end caps having a little bit of experience in retail and I found what I was looking for accross from Aile 11. I brought it to the Cashier Dexter, showed him the item and asked him please relay to the Manager Jim that I think he needs to re-train a little bit because as far as being a competent Manager, knowing and doing the right things he failed me today!”
