The only problem I have with this facility is the parking.They have a customer lot that is always almost full with employees vehicles. The spaces are small to start with then they’re all full because employees park here instead of their own very large, never full lot.

The Lady at counter very helpful and king and polite. However UPS need to do better job at training employees because the reason had to go in is I had a package that needed signature but a note was left on my door explaining I could sign back so I did. The next day they said no , I have to go in to pick it up..etc. lost...

A feel good experience every time you bring them a package, the team up front in the customer care center is top notch.
