“I first called Minuteman Press and spoke with John. I explained that I was in the process of doing a Home Show. Having never done one, I didn't know really where to start. Mr. John reassured me of his experience with Home Shows and understood what I would want.I called right back and spoke to Octavia. He was my point man. He was prompt in getting me competitive quotes and kept in touch when needed. He's very knowledgeable and helpful. I went over in hopes that it might be easier to send images or anything they needed in order to make it easier for them because I was in a time crunch. I didn't have weeks, only days.Mr. John asked me to sit with Amelia, his graphic designer. She went over and beyond. She was amazing to work with. There was a lot of designing on Amelia's part. She sat patiently as I explained what I would like. About 12 hours later, she emailed proofs for me to review. They were impressive. Next, Mr. John met with his team and assured them we were on schedule, although tight, everything would be done on time.My situation was, first, I wanted to do a Home Show. I didn't have but one banner that was pre-made with a file. I didn't know where to begin. Less than 72 hours later, I had 2 beautiful full-color banners, One large 10x8 banner, 4 embroidered shirts, 100 nice printed t-shirts, a table cover, and cards and I'm probably missing something.The entire team, although busy taking care of other customers on the phone and in person, also, found time to make me feel important and get everything I needed, done! Within that 72 hours, everything was completed beautifully. I was under a tight timeline. There was a lot of moving pieces. However, they delivered effortlessly.Thank you again!”

She was very helpful and showing me how to convert a letter to PDF file so that I could send it and have it printed up.
