“Seeing these past reviews has me puzzled! This location has always been nothing but professional in anyway. I see these two workers everyday when I get my mail and they work real hard. Always kind, attentive, their knowledge is impressive. I have shipped here and done Amazon returns. I pay for my labels I need printed it’s so convenient because I don’t have a printer. The new kiosk is amazing! Fast! Helpful! Just read the screens and it gets out in no time. Hope people start recognizing the greatness this store has along with the 2 workers.”

“I have mixed reviews and here is why. Paul who is over the franchise is a great guy. I always enjoy talking to him. Issues with things that normally happen is out of his control because he is just the franchise and he does not make the rules. Paul has always done what he could to make me a happy customer with things within his control. I have been there over 3 years now. I don't plan on leaving either. For the record any issues I have had are not his fault they are corporates fault themselves. I stay because of Paul not because of Goin Postal. Thank you Paul”

“I was sent here by an employer to have my fingerprints done . I used Google Maps to find glad I did cause it was kind of in the middle of nowhere. Not too far past Ikea . There's not a lot of parking it is in a small strip of businesses. There was a coffee shop that I tried out. There was also a hair salon and a few restaurants as well, keeping them tucked in my mind in my list of places to try. I was greeted quickly when I entered, the young lady at the front desk was really nice. Although they were already open the person that does the actual fingerprinting is not there until 11:00 a.m. So since that was the case that was the perfect opportunity to go and try out the coffee shop. I needed a little pick me up to continue me on through the rest of the day. I enjoyed my coffee sat and did a couple of drafts for Yelp. Then proceeded right at 11:00 back to the postal shop. Good thing I did because soon after I arrived there was a line of customers.The young man who did my fingerprints was very polite. Going postal offers digital fingerprinting. This was my first time ever having fingerprints done this way. Which was pretty cool to do and watch. No sticky ink on your fingers. It took less than 10 minutes from start to finish to have my fingerprints done, put into the system and sent over to the employer. They do offer a variety of other services as far as mailing like packages and different letters and such. I did notice that they had small personal mailboxes on the wall as well. If I'm ever in that area and in need of something postal I will definitely check them out again.”

“Normally this spot is great but we recently had an issue with a UPS delivery that went to this "Access Point." Long story short my package was delivered to the store as planned but the location "misplaced" the package. We went to pick it up and the staff said they didn't have it and it must have been "misrouted." Issue is they signed for it. When I asked about the signature I was told the drivers will "presign" for the store. I called the UPS 800 number and they opened a case for me and a local dispatcher called. They said the package was delivered. After alot of worry the location found the package, they had it the whole time and just put it in the wrong spot. When my wife went to get it the following day.. guess what .. they "misplaced" it again. They had to search high and low again, then located the package. I have my stuff now but this was ridiculous. Again, normally this store is good but they need a better handle on the Access Point drop-offs. Also, maybe don't blame the drivers and punt that it was "misrouted."End of the day they only really looked for my item after escalating and me being persistent. Otherwise it was punt to excuses. I wouldn't even think twice if the store took my concern a little more seriously from the outset. Mistakes happen, we all make them. Just take accountability and maybe not brush off the client immediately”

“They're customer service is puts their competitors to shame. It is the only postal service that I will use and this particular UPS Store is the only one I use. The manager is always friendly, very knowledgeable, handles any situation quickly, respectfully & with a smile. I have worked & trained people for 30 yrs so it's hard for me not see everything about customer service. The associates have been well trained, friendly, proficient & especially patient with customers who aren't good or quick with cellphones & computers (I'm that person). I was having trouble with doing the self-serve return process. I didn't even have to look for or ask for help. A young man named Jaden came up and did everything for me, literally! From scanning the barcode, taking dictation typing my reasons for for returning 4 Amazon items, and bagging them up for me. He explained to me that one was set for a return for another vendor and what the charge was. I panicked and asked if he could change it to this store. He didn't hesitate for a second. I gave him my phone, he made the correction, asked me to confirm it and promptly wrapped the package for me. He even smiled & kind of laughed a little because I was thanking him so much for doing all that he did for me. I really am thankful for people in customer service who get it's a one on one human experience. It can easily make or break someone's day. Thank you Jaden and the Manager for MAKING my day & task better.Jayne McCullers : )”

“The cashier Jay was so friendly and helpful. I has one person in front of me but only waited 20 seconds. Went smooth, fast and friendly. And it was actually cool in there. I have had nightmare stories from otherUPS stores. The one in Marianna fl where my mom lives I left crying and next time I went into a ups store in Jacksonville, not this one just as horrible. I suffer from mental disorders and when it's hot I get very agitated. This was the case with the Marianna FL and Jacksonville off lem Turner rd. I got so up set I through hundreds of clothes in the trash outside the store to prevent the mental break down I had in Marianna. Both stores were so hot I was sweating and the workers were unhappy and not helpful. This store restored my faith in UPS. My favorite store is in Lake city fl where I am from. The 2 guys that work in there are the very best employees Ever!!!! Been going there for 20 years until I just recently moved.”
