“I’m so glad I came to this store!! Luis the manager and Christian are awesome! I am coming from the Federal location where the staff was not only rude, and unhelpful— refusing to service customers (I had gone in for a simple phone transfer then sent me to the Sheridan location.) I’m glad I chose this location instead. It’s a shame because the federal location is the closest to me and having no car I have found this to be a major inconvenience. I’ve also have had metro customers visit my job (which is nearby) come by asking for the nearest metro location and when I refer them to federal the customer has complained about the doors being shut during operable hours and staff refusing service.”

He treated all customers with respect and he was very hospitable and knowledgeable He provided a great customer service. I was able to get a new line for my sister at a great price. There is parking available in the same plaza were the store is located.”

“Andrea was great — she listened carefully and truly tried her best. I honestly do not recommend the company itself; the customer service is the worst. But if you are still interested in AT&T, she is the best employee you can work with. I believe you can’t get accurate information from most people in this company because they lied to me, and she was the only one who tried to fix everything and guide me properly. If you go, ask for her — she can save you money instead of someone charging you without your permission.”
