I told him what I wanted and when I needed and he went above and beyond to get me what I needed and what I wanted more places in the mall to have people like him working in their locations he was exemplary I would definitely recommend, anyone to go there and deal with Luis and his employees I switch from Verizon to T-Mobile and it was a great deal.”

“After have an issue with me drive up order, I drove back to the store to go inside to get the mistake fixed ( I get it times have changed, customer service is not what it used to be) so of course I was greeted at the customer service desk with an attitude, and refused to help rectify the mistake. So I just said okay can you pls call the manager ( I was not about to start being petty with what looked to be a teenager) the manager comes over his name was "Gemini", immediately fixes the mistake, he was polite, listened, understood exactly what I needed fixing, apologetic. MR. GEMINI Thank you, I truly appreciate you!”
