“I had the easiest, smoothest and most fun process of ordering and purchasing a 2024 Mustang with Garber Auto Mall and salesperson Christopher Nason.Chris quickly responded to my online inquiry, submitted my custom order and stayed in touch with me the entire process. Once the vehicle was delivered, he texted me photos immediately and helped me start the ownership and delivery process.I requested he keep my vehicle indoors and away from weather which he did without hesitation even sharing showroom photos of my new ride. Upon delivery day and fist meeting, Chris was awesome to hang with like he was an old high school buddy.Chris introduced me to some helpful colleagues of his at Garber and then introduced me to my new ride showing me some fun options it came with. He made this process so much fun and relaxed.Finally, to the paperwork which Pat and John in finances helped together on. This process, while usually stressful for most, was made quick and smooth without any pressures of add ons to my vehicle but still offering them in a polite manner.All in, Chris and his colleagues at Garber Auto Mall in Green Cove Springs were Dy-No-Mite! “I've been taking my Jeep to Garber for several years and have always had a good experience. After my last service, I was driving home and my car began to overheat. It was just past closing time for the service department and I found myself in a tough spot. My Jeep couldn't make it all the way home and I didn't know what was wrong with it.I called back, and even though they were closed, one of the sales reps was able to get in touch with Jay from the service department. Jay offered to stay and see if he could help.I brought the Jeep back and Jay got to work diagnosing the issue. He discovered that there was an air bubble in my coolant system which was creating a vacuum and preventing the system from cooling my engine. Even though he's not a Service Tech, he jumped into action and fixed the problem. He went out of his way, stayed late, and got me back on the road just because he's an awesome person.Garber is lucky to have a Service Manager like Jay and I'm lucky to know I can count on Jay and Garber to take care of my vehicles.”

“Update:Service Manager, Rob B., reached out via phone call (on 1/31) and extended an apology for the situation. During our conversation, I clarified that my frustration was not directed towards Mr. Clyde personally, but rather stemmed from the lack of proactive communication. This oversight resulted in me taking time off from work only to wait for 1.5 hours without any progress.I emphasized to Mr. Rob that the inconvenience extended beyond my role as a customer, affecting not only the Service Department's efficiency but also impacting Mr. Clyde and other customers who could have utilized the appointment time for services or parts readily available in stock. It's crucial to highlight that this lapse in communication had broader repercussions than just my individual experience....basically it was a waste of time for everyone.I expressed my genuine gratitude to Mr. Rob for promptly reaching out to address and resolve my concerns. His professionalism, transparency, and customer service is one of the reason my family will continue to choose Garber for both vehicle purchases, and service.---Arrived for my scheduled 9:30 am appointment on 1/31, checking in promptly at 9:25 am. Assisted by Mr. Clyde, who had initially scheduled my appointment on Monday, 1/29. Despite assurances that he'd keep me informed about the service duration, he neglected to do so after taking my keys.At 11 am (1.5 hours later), Mr. Clyde called my name and informed me that the parts needed to be ordered, contradicting the information provided in the letter I received from Neelie O'Connor at General Motors, which stated the parts were in stock. Expressing my frustration, Mr. Clyde appeared dismissive and chuckled when I mentioned I had been waiting for over an hour and I'm just now being told this. He hurried to return my key back to me, and held the door open (so I could leave), while stating he would call when the parts come in.I scheduled this appointment on Monday, 1/29, giving Mr. Clyde/ the Service Team ample time (Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday morning) to confirm part availability. It is disheartening that they did not take the initiative before my appointment, or before taking my car back for service, especially considering that another representative, Ms. Minda, routinely and graciously does so every single time.In a professional setting, such a situation will necessitate taking an additional day off from work to accommodate the delay in my vehicle's service. I am disappointed by the lack of proactive communication, and the inconvenience caused.”

He knew everything about the car we were buying and about the car we were trading. The atmosphere at Garber is relaxed, friendly, and straightforward, very different from some other dealerships.
