“I've been taking my Jeep to Garber for several years and have always had a good experience. After my last service, I was driving home and my car began to overheat. It was just past closing time for the service department and I found myself in a tough spot. My Jeep couldn't make it all the way home and I didn't know what was wrong with it.I called back, and even though they were closed, one of the sales reps was able to get in touch with Jay from the service department. Jay offered to stay and see if he could help.I brought the Jeep back and Jay got to work diagnosing the issue. He discovered that there was an air bubble in my coolant system which was creating a vacuum and preventing the system from cooling my engine. Even though he's not a Service Tech, he jumped into action and fixed the problem. He went out of his way, stayed late, and got me back on the road just because he's an awesome person.Garber is lucky to have a Service Manager like Jay and I'm lucky to know I can count on Jay and Garber to take care of my vehicles.”
