I hate coming to this place. They do not respect appointments (not sure why they take them), very slow, unorganized, and nonfriendly. On my last visit, a simple oil change took 2.5 hours despite having an early appointment.

Worst service of all time. Only reason I come to these people is because I got my car from here. They don't care about you at all. My car is not even done but I'm going to go pick it up and take it somewhere else. I will never go to Honda again

Slowest mechanic shop ever. Appointments don't matter, plan on waiting 4 hours. There was 4 people working at their computers and it took 30 min to talk to someone just to pick up my keys. Got a free oil change since I bought my car here, wish I would have just paid somewhere else. Time is money
