“I cannot say enough about the excellent service I received at this location. Christian cheerfully navigated a complicated problem and finally was able to resolve the issue. It required calling ATT directly, using multiple phones to connect and finally resolving the issue and getting my phone working. Then, he helped us change some setting and servicing issues. He never lost patience with me, (I am an "older" and not so tech savvy customer) and at the same time he was helping me, he courteously helped customers who came in with a simple question or issue to help them avoid long wait times.
I had visited another ATT store and was basically dismissed; my experience at this Jamaica Bay experience could not have been better.
Christian is an asset to this location and should be recognized for his hard work. I sincerely appreciate his help.”

We then talked about getting a new screen cover for my phone and realized how old it was at which point he nicely offered the current special without being pushy at all. “I went into this location today because my phone was DEAD. Unfortunately neither of the well mannered young guys had seen my issue before. I was ready to purchase a new phone when one of the two amazingly got my phone to work again! They were more interested in my best interests, as I explained I was out of work, rather than sell me a phone I couldn't currently afford. Minor fix elsewhere for about $100 was suggested for now. Nice guys. I really appreciated their honesty and great customer service!”
