“Carlos M. De Cespedes is WONDERFUL and deserves so many kudos!!! He was so patient with us and walked us through every question we had. We were a difficult case but Carlos went above and beyond! My parents would also like to add he was: “great, friendly, helpful, kind” etc. They’ve been to other Verizon stores before this and got told there was no way to get any of the available promotions. They were about to give up on Verizon altogether and switch to something else but Carlos came through and sold us on sticking with Verizon and upgrading to brand new phones.”
