“Ok target. Now while it's not the biggest. But it had the most lovely of employees. I was greeted like 27 times. When have you ever been treated like that in any store? Like oh hello how are you? Do you need anything? Hey how are finding everything- and it not be in a condescending or disrespectful manner as in oh we are watching you and treating you like a criminal? She was kind she’s patient I’m 77 years old. I’m retired RN and also also was in the military, but being old it’s harder to figure out things, but she was so kind. She updated my programs and just made me feel so good about T-Mobile being a customer of T-Mobile and I’m not gonna get a new phone today but I will I will in the near future and I definitely will come back and get it through Zoey so I just want to thank you she is absolutely wonderful, thank you and Zoey is in T-Mobile here in North Fort Myers. all right thank you.”

Natalie came to my rescue, got it up and functioning until I came back in a couple days later and she assisted me on purchasing a new one and the set up of it. To the management folks, you have a fine personable and knowledgeable employee in Natalie. Other Metro stores that I have frequented, lacked that same customer service that she provided. I think she should get a raise!”

“Somehow my husband couldn't call me. It would put his call straight through to my voicemail. 2 of the employees in the store tried to fix it. Nothing that they did, would work. So the 2nd employee called Verizon Technical support and handed me the phone. I was on the phone with Technical support for one hour and 5 minutes, before it was fixed. I don't know what I did to cause this to happen, and I don't know how the Tech fixed it. But everything is working now. So I'm a happy camper. Thanks Verizon Tech for fixing my phone.”

My parents would also like to add he was: “great, friendly, helpful, kind” etc. They’ve been to other Verizon stores before this and got told there was no way to get any of the available promotions. They were about to give up on Verizon altogether and switch to something else but Carlos came through and sold us on sticking with Verizon and upgrading to brand new phones.”
