“Always a good experience at Space Coast nice friendly staff. The branch is a little dated. Maybe some day they will redo the counter tops to 12 to 13 inches so it can fit 2x 8.5" x 11.5" sheets of paper if you were to have some documents to sign and not some counter that can only hold maybe 2 stacks of dollar bills. Though that is how most Space Coast branch counter are any ways. Guess the watch dog was looking out to not spend too much money or give us too much real estate on the counter tops. Instead this branch has a lot of offices that are probally only less than 1/2 used or more most of the time. Not sure what the dog was thinking if we were supposed to have a cocktail party or something in the offices to balance things out for being a member. Other than that it's always a good to excellent experience at any of the branches. Some are always going to be better than others but it's a great community bank. Most people don't know what they are missing out on until they have banked at other banks to know how good Space Coast is to its members. If this is your first bank you have ever banked with in your life trust me you will know how good you had it when you go to some other bank with long lines out the door and only one teller working.”
“Well, I have had my account with Wells Fargo Bank for 6 years and I have never had a complaint, I have never had a bad experience because you have to have access to all the movements of what you do with your account and any need and help that I have needed. They have always helped me, they have never told me that they have not always been there for my needs. Thank you”

“No lines inside, no lines for the drive through. Very organized. The gentlemen were friendly upon walking in, and Dave helped me with my transaction and helped me with my signature (which I didn’t know was not on file). Yeison helped me with my signature, adding my ID, and discussing a business account. He was so thorough explaining the many accounts including credit! My account was handled securely and the positive experience. Thank you for offering coffee, water, and tea guys!”
“It has been a few years since I last came to a game. There have been some new changes. One new rule that took me by surprise was the no purses or bags bigger than 4" × 6" . The arena has lockers just in case you have a larger purse. The parking has gone up in price. I paid$35. They take cash or credit cards. It is an organized chaos, lol. I suggest getting early. They had employees guiding the different entrances with glow sticks. This was a little confusing at times because they wave the sticks up in a happy, greeting manner, not a point, so it's confusing. Do you want me to come this way? Or warning me not to go that way? A wave is confusing people. I wish they pointed. The arena was just as nice as I remembered. I came for a Panther's game. I enjoyed myself very much. We lost, but I still was happy to see them play. The energy of the game was awesome. Hockey is a great game to watch. The arena has plenty of parking. I would recommend getting here 20 minutes before the event. It is a big place, and paying for parking, finding parking, and getting checked inside takes time. This is a big place, and it gets crowded.”
“No matter what I need, I'm never let down by the service provided at this location. Like most WF banks, it's a good size to accommodate a larger crowd & the employees are typically friendly. I've gone here for years & have never had poor interaction. There are times where it may get busy, but the employees do good at managing the crowds. Inside is always kept tidy with plenty of tellers to assist you. What I like most about this location is that they have 2 ATM machines. There's a drive thru one, which makes it convenient to withdraw/deposit money without leaving your vehicle & also one right by the front entrance to use on your way in or out of the bank. Although it may not seem like much, having 2 ATM machines available really helps minimize waiting around. For some reason it seems like a lot of WF have negative reviews from many years ago. From what I've read, I've personally never experienced any of the issues stated. I happily use this location whenever I'm in the area & plan on doing so in the future. It's a great bank to use as your regular location or in passing.”
“Been visiting the bank for over 10 years for personal and small business with great help resolving issues Recently Jennifer assisted me with a terrible experience due to multiple stolen check fraud that took several months to resolve well. Also managers Mr Merritt and Mr Hardy helped me with a short term higher savings account etc Plus they’re near a Dunkin Donuts”
“I was quite nervous coming in to open my 1st Business Bank Account a couple months ago, But Mohlenda! made it such a easy quick process. She explained everything, asked for required documents and we were done within an hour. Lol definitely easier than I anticipated with the help of Mohlenda. “I've been banking with Suntrust for a few years (personal and business). Mostly in the Central Florida region. I had to do some business when I was in SoFlo and this Suntrust on S. University was the closest to where I was staying. My business partner and I had to get some paperwork done for him and needed him to be physically present to sign papers. I cannot give enough accolades to Paula Roberts, the Branch Manager! She was patient, knowledgeable and helpful. She asks us questions to make sure our banking is tailored to our needs. She has been the reason I've stayed with Suntrust. The tellers are also great, always so friendly. I highly, highly recommend this Suntrust bank. Go in and ask for Paula, you will not be disappointed.”

“Don't pay attention to what people say... The service at this bank is great; I recommend it!The attention and support they provide to clients or new customers are of very good quality. They even assist you in Spanish if you need it!You might have to wait to be assisted, but it's normal in banks; you can't complain about that.And it's not the worst bank in the US or anything like that... People exaggerate ?.Additionally, the facilities are very clean, and the atmosphere is pleasant!Recommended!”
