“The staff here is SO wonderful. Our flight was significantly delayed and we had to checkout of our rental home. We needed a place to relax for a bit with our 2 children away from the heat. We were warmly welcomed and the (incredibly kind) security guard even brought over games for our children to play while my husband and I drank coffee (I had the chai my husband had the cappuccino — both were great). Would 10/10 utilize this as a spot to co-work next time we’re in town.Big thanks to all of the staff working on 3/27/24 (I didn’t catch their names, but the barista, security and welcome staff were all lovely). I have had my account for a couple years. And every time I come into the location, a gentleman by the name of Carlos. It's always there working and is very friendly and welcoming, he greets and treatsAll customers, so kindly an Always has a smile on his face. He is Honestly the best and has always helped me with any questions or issues that I have ever had with banking at Tropical. I have been so satisfied with his customer service for these past couple years, that i was so so sad to hear that he will be changing locations, but only because he was promoted. (Yayyyyyyy!) He definitely deserves that, but will be missed! His employer is definitely lucky to have him!! I will definitely miss seeing him at my local location but anyone who comes in contact with Carlos, i am most definitely sure that they will always be satisfied, just as I was!!!
