Alberto went above and beyond to ensure that I got what I needed and was very pleasant and respectful in helping me understand why part of my request could not be granted. However, the lines were long but I was able to talk to a customer service representative fairly quickly. The customer service rep at the desk was nice and helped me. “This is my new banking branch since my old one has been closed. It is much smaller in size and I miss the regular tellers but this location is pretty convenient and the parking lot is good. The lobby is small but the associates are pretty friendly. Kindof wish there were a few more as it can have a lengthy wait with more patrons and less locations to do my banking. The overall experience is alright and I am glad I only need to go inside every once in a while to visit my safety deposit box or cash a savings bond.”
