“Just bought an adjustable bed there tonight ! What a great place ! The gentleman who helped us(Chigo was his name, ask for him !!) was simply amazing ! He was extremely knowledgeable and very patient and understanding with all our questions and concerns ! Not pushy or trying to up sell us at all. Just informing us of all our options and what he thought we would like. One of the most pleasant salespeople I have met in ages. He took very good care of us with everything we needed . What a great experience! Highly recommend !! Comparable prices to boot !”

“Make sure to ask for Carlos Briceno. He is a great salesman who truly goes above and beyond. He was very patient and does not come across as pushy and try to sell us extra stuff we did not need. My wife and I came back to the store several times before finalizing our purchase for our new patio. Carlos made sure we were getting the best deal and wanted to make sure we were happy. He even gave us his direct number to contact with any questions or concerns. It was a very pleasant experience and we will definitely come back to Carlos when we need to purchase more outdoor furniture.”

“We visited the store looking for the perfect mattress and found one we absolutely loved. The moment we tried it, we knew it was the right one.
Juan made us feel very confident about our choice. He was not pushy or aggressive at all, which we really appreciated. We had previously gone to the store next door, where they told us we weren’t “thin enough” and needed a very firm mattress, so the contrast was huge.
Juan took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all our questions, and also offered us great deals and excellent service. We truly felt taken care of.

“It was a very surprisingly pleasant experience from the moment I walked in with my wife. The team was very busy and Jeffrey made sure I he acknowledge me and ask me to please give him a few minutes. He answered every question and was very patient and took his time with us. Also Jaime helped us with answering some additional concerns. I have to say they treated us as Mattress Firm were their own business. Very different from other places that we went to see mattresses on that day.”
