“After shopping around for a few weeks, I ended up going with this Mattress Firm store. Not only because of their price, but also because of the great customer service. I initially walked in a few weeks prior to my purchase, mainly "window shopping". I was greeted by Karina. Although I made it clear I was just looking, she was very eager to help. Very nice, professional, friendly and informed on the package I was looking for! I walked in about a month later and she immediately remembered who I was. I told her I was still interested in the same and was ready to buy. Not only did she have me out of the store in 20 minutes, but have me an even better deal that the original! Customer service sometimes seems to be a dying art. Karina, and Alex who I briefly met, but saw the way he attended to his customer while I was there, were definitely the exception! Was on the phone with them and both times the call dropped and both times they called me back at different times, and this happened with different customer service reps. I have been on the phone many times with other companies on hold or talking with an agent and for whatever reason the call drops and they never call you back. So 5 stars for providing Great Customer Service!! Your agents are also very nice and efficient in getting the job done, when it comes to customer concerns.
