“After shopping around for a few weeks, I ended up going with this Mattress Firm store. Not only because of their price, but also because of the great customer service. I initially walked in a few weeks prior to my purchase, mainly "window shopping". I was greeted by Karina. Although I made it clear I was just looking, she was very eager to help. Very nice, professional, friendly and informed on the package I was looking for! I walked in about a month later and she immediately remembered who I was. I told her I was still interested in the same and was ready to buy. Not only did she have me out of the store in 20 minutes, but have me an even better deal that the original! Customer service sometimes seems to be a dying art. Karina, and Alex who I briefly met, but saw the way he attended to his customer while I was there, were definitely the exception! “I suffer from a herniated disc and I have been on the search for a firm mattress for a while. I tried a few from different brands but none of them worked for me, I was in too much pain when sleeping. A month ago went to a showroom in my city and found over there the Magniflex mattress. The salesperson recommended it saying it’s very good for back pain. I then ordered it online and been sleeping on it for about three weeks now. It’s perfect for what I need, I sleep very good at night, no back pain and I wake up well rested.I also bought two pillows which are great.I’m happy with my purchase and also with their customer service.”
