“I have lived here for about a year and a half and I couldn't be happier! The rent here is very reasonable, you won't find any place else this nice for this price in central FL anymore! The property and the buildings are very well maintained, the pool is very nice and clean, and I have never once had any bugs in my apartment! The office staff, Ms. Cheryl and Ms. Aleyli, as well as all the maintenance staff are always very friendly and helpful! Maintenance responds very quickly if you put in a work order! The other residents all seem very courteous of one another, I've never had problems with loud or rude neighbors here at all.I highly recommend moving here if you're looking for an apartment! I almost crossed this place off my list because of some of the bad google reviews but I'm so glad I didn't!”
“The staff are absolutely phenomenal, and the pricing is quite fair for the size of the apartments. The only critique I’d give is that clothes have been given a burnt smell from all the dryers for the past year without any replacement machines. There are talks about getting this updated within the next few months, but I remain sceptical given how long the issue has been ongoing. I’d recommend spending the extra money on a fourth-party laundromat service for the foreseeable future. The apartment itself has no issues, but the laundry service is less than adequate.

CSC will be updating the machines on the 9th of July 2025. I have moved my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars in anticipation of this great upgrade!”
