Couldn't fix my problem Put me on the phone with another incompetent. Nothing accomplished. Two other tries. Different people different stores. Same outcome. If I didn't live in a place dominated by Verizon. I'd change carriers.

Went to get some tech help, ended up getting a new phone for myself and the wife. The people at this Verizon were amazing. The were patient, clearly interested in helping and top notch in their knowledge and professionalism. Thank you. ????

Going to get a new phone should be easy. Sometimes I feel like I’m buying a new car lol. I think Anthony could tell I was out of patience and assisted us quickly and very efficiently.
