“Alex (owner) was absolutely amazing! I dropped my phone on labor day Monday (bummer I know) and my screen went black and would not turn back on. Asurion tried to schedule my repair with shops didn't have any openings earlier than Friday. But, Alex went above and beyond to make sure that I got my phone today (Wednesday). He special ordered the parts that I needed and had them overnighted to the store in pompano. He called the Pampano store to tell them I'd be coming. The Pompano store followed up with me. And each time I had a question or concern, I called Alex at the Boca store and he happily assisted. My phone was fixed in less than two hours today and I'm now using it to write this review! Thanks very much Alex!”

“GENEVA IS A SUPERSTAR! I am a Real customer not friend-got me out from Verizon that evil awful company lol now I’m with a really good company that I’ve wanted to do business with. She made everything so easy and gave me a military discount and got me Hulu, Apple TV and Netflix all included in my $85 a month fee. Verizon was charging me $151 for a very long time and then recently when I switched my data plan, they tried to charge me for a piece of equipment that they gave me as part of my initial package so last month with Verizon I spent $600 to use my phone. More than my car payment. So I’m very happy with Geneva. She’s an amazing employee. Whoever is hiring here doing a great job you should give her a promotion and raise lol otherwise I’m gonna try to steal her for my company ha ha ha .”

“Excellent serviceWhen your $1,400 phone screen cracks... you become desperate. Sadly I didn't take the time to ask their names but the lady at the first location took my info down and told me the screen for my S23 Ultra will be in tomorrow at their near by location and I will recieve a text as to when to bring phone. I was surprised when I was told they like to do a proper job and replace the side bezels as well. My phone had dings on the sides and a smash at the bottom. They are all gone as everything is BRAND NEW!!! The phone was in and out in 2 hours.”

The 2 locations near me are either closed or under renovation. I'm actually thankful that I had to travel East to resolve an issue.
