Bryant (the manager) was friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He did not up-sell me and made sure I was 100% ready to go before I departed the store. Largely due to my great experience with Bryant, I convinced my parents to switch from their very expensive and underutilized AT&T Mobile plan to Cricket. I brought my 79 year old mother into the store with both of their phones. In less than 30 minutes, Bryant had them both switched over to Cricket, fully functional, with no fuss or muss. Most important, we are saving my parents nearly $170 per month by adding them to my plan. I could not be happier with Cricket...especially Bryant!”

“After being dismissed by the store in Boynton Beach, I went to the Delray store. Julian is the manager there. He was courteous, patient, and tried to help me as much as possible. The store was very busy, but he took his time with me. He told me to comeback and he would sync my phone to my laptop. He wasn't there on Sunday but another very nice young man helped me another issue that I had on the new phone. I will definitely go back on Monday and ask Julian for more help.”
