“John & his crew always treat me fairly and honestly. I took my car in for an oil change and a problem with my window, not closing. He could’ve easily sold me a window motor, etc. After he did diagnostics, turned out it was just a little tweak in the computer. What I thought was going to cost me a few hundred dollars ended up costing me the price of my oil change. Don’t find that kind of integrity often.”

“I had a problem with the transfer case on my truck and needed it fixed , i was referred to this shop and went by to talk to them. Explained my problem and what i needed done . The guys in the shop were extremely helpful with finding a replacement part. Set me an appt, i dropped my truck off with them on the day of my appt . Not only did they make the requested repairs but they ended up finding another problem with my wiring harness. They diagnosed it and repaired it , and the whole job still didnt exceed the original estimate. And i still got my truck back the same day. Quality work. Knowledgable and honest technicians. And exemplary customer service are just a few things i experienced here. Would give 10 stars if i could .”

“Absolutely great and competent service at reasonable prices. The office staff kept me informed periodically throughout the work they were doing, as well. The staff are friendly and caring and after the work was done the staff also provided information as to how to prevent similar problems in the future. In my case I had had an infestation of rats into my AC where they died causing a foul odor. I was unable to locate them but Auto Technologies completed the work as well as cleaning and deodorizing my car for me. They did all the work in a timely manner and I could not be happier. I will be using Auto Technologies for any future auto repair needs and I can whole heartedly recommend them. THANKS!”

I let them work on My Chevy,Ford and My Alfa which one of My Vehicles No other places in Pasco would've even attempted to work on the vehicle due to the Type of Car so just a normal oil change is two and three hours away so Imagine to My Surprise a Shop with the knowledge and Capabilities to work on every Vehicle and My Driveway with Friendly honest and a Quick Turn around Time is right here in Pasco also regardless of mY Situation they went above and beyond to help me and that's as small as a oil change tire replacement to switching the colors of my seats this one shop is equipped and have the knowledge to do it all and also deal with the Warranty companies as well nor do they play on ur lack of knowledge about vehicles they're honest with the problems of your vehicle and give you options and will give u the knowledge of learning your vehicle in the Future which would save u Money so with me this my first stop regardless of the make and model of my Cars with a open availability not like most shops where the simplest things are hours days and weeks but yet blame it on they waiting on parts and I can go on and on about how great this place is I recommend It First Best Shop Ever 5 stars isn't enough and this Case Thank you”
