“They took care of my billing problem and told me when I was eligible for a free phone upgrade. (I dislike my phone). I didn't give it five stars only because cricket only has giant phones. If I wanted a tablet, I'd get a tablet. I miss small phones. Oh, and beware of the parking meter with the giant pothole. It might pop your tire.”
