“If you want great service, quality tuxedos, and a local business, go to Lustre Formal Wear. Literally a block from the Capitol, Tony and his wife own this business the last many years.Although they do same service without extra charges, I came to Tony a month ahead of a formal wedding. Going on a Friday afternoon, there was no wait. Tony measured, fitted, and built the right tuxedo for me with matching shoes. The cost was around $250.The entire fitting experience took around 20 minutes! If you’re hungry, visit Le Bon Cafe for French toast afterwards.”

“Ezra made the process of buying my custom wedding suit extremely easy and enjoyable. From the minute I walked into his shop he made sure I was at ease and explained everything thoroughly. From looking at fabric colors to explaining the different blends and their qualities, Ezra made sure that I was educated to make the right decision for me. He even went as far as recommending colors that would compliment the suits my groomsmen were wearing.
After all the decisions and measurements were done, the suit arrived fitting like a glove within the timeframe he quoted. I could not have been happier with my custom wedding suit and got a ton of compliments at the wedding.”

“We visited this location to purchase tuxedos for our wedding. All the employees, especially Susan, and the tailor were extremely professional and accommodating.They spent a lot of time with us to make sure we chose the right tuxedo. One of us has a bodybuilder build so he was very challenging to fit. But Ike Behar was able to get him fitted perfectly.We had the second fitting at the Georgetown store. The salesperson was friendly and helpful.I highly recommend Ike Behar for tuxedos and suits. They have superb quality at a reasonable price.”
“Yes, I am giving this establishment a five stars review, I recently post a negative review regarding the service I had, however when I went to pickup my suit the service was impeccable, a 180 degrees turn around. About the suit, it fits perfectly well I am happy with the service, and would recommend anyone to visit and shop at this establishment, I really appreciate the change I experienced this time around. “I went there on Oct 29 at 7:30pm. John was great! He was very polite and took serious initiative to order my size because he knew my size is special order. My brother was on the phone speaker and asked John specific details and he knew the answers. I showed him a picture of the suit and found me a pair to match a dark grey and navy.He also made sure I would get them by Thursday.John is great! I am definitely going back in the spring when he is there.”

“If you're looking for a fantastic tailor, unique, beautiful clothing pieces, or gorgeous shoes, Everard's is 100% the place to be. I had an $800, fully sequined, jumpsuit tailored at Everard's Clothing. I thought this would take at least 3 days to alter. They called the next day to let me know it was ready. It fits like a glove and looks absolutely perfect! I'm from the deep south and since moving to DC (almost 4 years ago), I have rarely experienced such kindness and hospitality as what Everard's Clothing has shown me. I'll always be a costumer from now on!”

“Had several disappointing experiences until I came here. Absolutely exceptional customer service from Tyler who took his time to go through each step thoroughly and share his advice on the many questions I asked. We haven't received the suit yet (will update once received), but based solely on the customer service experience, we're confident this will be our go-to store in the future for any made-to-order suits.
We came here after going through a miserable 'consultation' service with a different suit company down the street that was charging $700 for an off-the-rack suit. Indochino saved the day. A fully customized experience to get the perfect fit and less than $600 total for everything. Highly recommend, but please take the time to go through their website first and look at some of the color/fabric options before going to the store. Really helps speed the process along.”

“The Cashier's Communicate is very polite and respectful. I was able to find my size and brought three pairs of nice jeans. The prices seem good. And the old navy has a lot of good sales. The old navy jeans I bought are made with good quality. The store is kept organized, so it was easy to shop and locate stuff.”
“One of my favorite stores on the east coast. A few years back I picked up some rare Pg. 99 records. Last time I was there I saw multiple Townes Van Zandt records. They also sell skateboarding stuff there, too. Downside to the last time I was there is that it reeked of weed, but that wasn’t the end of the world. It’s definitely a great shop; however, if you’re looking for more obscure or rare punk/hardcore, Joint Custody is where you want to go.”

“The salesperson/manager at my local store, in my opinion, is arrogant and rude. I was turned off to the brand. Harley changed this. I'm in DC regularly. I was introduced to Harley by a friend and his service level is top notch. I can call/email him about an item that I am looking for and he will provide me details and color options. He is knowledgable and has amazing personal style. I recently went to Finland and was stylish and warm in my Loro. When I want to purchase a Loro item Harley is my go to. I know that I will receive excellent service.”
