It would be better not to waste our time with young guys/girls that know zilch how to offer help and relevant information. I came to the store for my Apple Watch that was not adequately charging, spent an hour and left with zero additional knowledge. Eventually I found the answer by googling it. Such a waste of time!

Even on what was clearly a busy day for the new iPhone release, the team at Apple Georgetown was fantastic. My pickup was handled with kindness and true professionalism, and everything was so easy and well-organized. I was in and out with my new phone in no time.
