The 7-Eleven in NoMa offers a mixed experience. While some reviews praise its friendly staff, clean and bright store environment, and convenient location near the Courtyard Marriott hotel and NOMA Galileadet metro station, others point out a decline in quality. The store’s hours have been shortened from late-night to around 11 PM, making it less convenient for late-night needs. Some customers found shelves to be not fully stocked and noted that the store was sometimes dirty, with missing cups preventing the purchase of drinks. Despite these issues, the store still provides snacks, such as doughnuts, and friendly service. It is a 24/7 convenience store situated beneath a hotel, offering drinks, snacks, and supplies at reasonable prices. Overall, while it may not be perfect, especially compared to other locations, it remains a useful spot for quick purchases, especially for those staying nearby.
Sucks that this isn’t 24 hours especially with it being right underneath a large and busy hotel.

Saturday at 1:07 AM. Hours state 24 hours. There are employees inside but they signaled from inside that they were closed. Is this not a 24 hour location? I drove all the way here because of the hours posted online.

Refused to allow me to use the bathroom and I really needed to go! Was willing to buy something but I believe the cashier was being racist because she was looking at me weird the moment I came in... So shameful
