2015 14th St NW, Washington“I have been a regular customer of this convenience and smoke shop for over 2 years now, and I can honestly say that they are the best in town. The brothers and staff are always friendly, helpful, and courteous. They greet me by name, remember my preferences, and offer me discounts and freebies. They have a wide selection of products, from snacks and drinks to vaping supplies. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a cozy atmosphere. I always feel welcome and comfortable here, like I am part of their family. This is more than just a convenience and smoke shop, it is a place where I can relax, chat, and enjoy myself. I highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great shopping experience. You will not be disappointed!”
“Incredibly delicious sandwiches. You can’t go wrong with what’s on the menu - especially not the steak and cheese! Very friendly staff and great selection of snacks and wines/beers/drinks.”

It wasn't my favorite, but I was trying something new. Customer service was excellent and the place was very clean and quiet. I would comeback to try something else.”

538 3rd St NE, Washington“This is my neighborhood store. When I need coffee, sandwich, something quick on the way home from work this is where I go. Their coffee is solid (better than the place around the corner for sure), prepared food is very tasty and there are about 3 sandwiches that are so good I can't seem to buy a different one! But what stands out the most are the people. They know my name and I know theirs. They are good honest people and hard workers who take the time to make you feel welcomed. In a world that seems to be becoming more and more abstract and divorced from simple human to human relationships it's as much a beacon of home that a corner store can be. Over the top review- yes but they've been my place for years so they earned it in my mind.”
“Wonderful shop with wonderful staff and great prices. I have been to numerous dispensaries in DC and this is by far the best all around. I haven’t been disappointed yet. Everything is the best quality. The staff is friendly. Plenty of parking and the price is right. I can’t beat it!”

3928 14th St NW, Washington“I am just reviewing the food. It was really nice. The servers don't really speak English but I was able to point and gesticulate what I thought looked nice. The shrimp in the creamy soup was delicious and so was the rice and plantains. I went back twice. It was 16.25 for a very large serve of food. I had some leftover for dinner. If you're looking for great takeout, come here.”

“Sara’s recently reopened under new management, and is incredible. They carry a nice selection of high quality dry goods, wine, frozen foods, and some basic staples like milk and eggs. They have a deli counter in back now, where they are slinging lights out sandwiches, salads, and a burrata bowl. The folks who run it also run Dent Place Market in West Village Georgetown, and are so nice. They are focusing on the best quality local products, and go out of their way to spotlight local producers.”
“Good samaritan.... I was in line and my card declined. They lady behind me paid the 7 dollars for my items. Thank u angel!!!! I found out that my pin had changed and I was typing in my old pin... Anywho good people!!!!!!!”
“I was looking for some fashion and coffee table-type magazines in foreign languages for a work-related event, and wasn’t able to find them anywhere, until someone recommended I check out The Newsroom on Connecticut Ave NW in DuPont Circle. It was great! I bought 3 Vogues (French, German, and Italian), a People magazine (Spanish), and a few other fashion magazines. These will be great for our office’s fun activities related to learning/studying foreign languages. The owners were super helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!”
“nice products/ selection of household items . Not enough cashier's...but the cashier's there were doings a great job with the long lines. ! & great location bus/park. ??”

1924 8th St NW, Washington“The staff is awesome. Today, Jamaal, Ashley, and Tyrone gave me the best service. This place is awesome and huge on service. Tyrone makes the best chicken salad sandwich in the DMV.”
“I've been here a couple times. It's a small place with great service. The deli is excellent. I recommend the Reuben with no modifications. On one occasion, my card was unexpectedly declined; the cashier was very gracious and took care of the next customer at the second register while I sorted out the issue, so I didn't suffer any further embarrassment OR hold up the line. I really appreciate that level of service.”
“Havent saw ms kyra since i was a kid in elementary/middle school) used to live a round the corner from her store in that area for 5 years & she helped get me in a karate class across the street from her store, even use to let me ,my bros, and my sister go when we didnt have enough $ for our items sometimes ... good to see she didnt sell out after all these years that passed i was 8 - 13 back then and 26 now and she still standing with all of all this gentrification uptown.. those were the good days Miss her and that area.”
“Very helpful and sweet couple running the store. My card malfunctioned so they allowed me to take my groceries home and come back with money next time. Who does that anymore?”
“Decent liquor store: wide selection and reasonable prices. The store is under new management and they recently did renovations, which freshened the store up for sure. They seem to be running specials all the time and they change. There was always some promotion going when I stopped by. They have lottery if you play.”

1515 New York Ave NE, Washington“The CVS pharmacy at 1515 New York Ave, NE in Washington DC is the best in the DMV. And the Lead Pharmacist he is the BEST, Patient, Kind, Helpful and so knowledgeable of your prescriptions. I’m glad I changed my Walmart pharmacy to this one.”
“Solid place. Prices are really great in comparison but they don’t list all of them so take that with a grain of salt. Some Kirkland brand items if you like Costco”
“I eat breakfast and sometimes lunch from Jabbo's Supermarket several days a week. Its convenient to where I live and the hot food is competitively priced and tasty. The staff is awesome and friendly. They keep the environment front and back very clean and neat. Love their weekend "Specials" Kudos to the Chef's.”
“This is a friendly neighborhood store were you can find a little bit of everything! The couple who own the store are kind and family oriented! They greet everyone like family with the respect and conversation like back in the day! Their prices are good and the fish rice and salad are delicious for lunch or dinner! My whole family loves it!”

1111 19th St NW, Washington“Good experience for my very first time. Clean Wawa and very big place with a lot of stuff to buy. Breakfast burritos was pretty good for what you pay. 5 dollars for the egg, cheese and chicken burrito.”
“Always amazing customer service. Never any trouble in or around this store. Always have what I need. And always always smiling to make your day just that much better☀️❤️”
“Sweet little neighborhood store. Lovely attendants who are always willing to help out. You definitely can't find all your needs here—but that's because it is a small store! You will find a good variety of craft beer and wine plus several staples covered if you need a box of pasta or piece of cheese or pint of ice cream. Also a little deli inside, though I haven't gotten anything from it. There is a Capital Bikeshare rack right outside and a Chinese restaurant next door. Glad to have it so close to home.”
“I have been a patron of this local sandwich establishment for approximately three months, and I must express my satisfaction with the culinary offerings. The sandwiches are notably delectable, featuring fresh and moist bread, flavorful meats that are not dry, and crisp, fresh vegetables. Among my top favorites are the Stadium and the Georgetown, both of which I particularly enjoy with a side of pickles. The menu also offers an array of snacks and beverages to complement the sandwich experience, including an enticing selection of international snacks and drinks that I occasionally indulge in.While the cashier has consistently been pleasant during my interactions, it is evident that she has established a rapport with regular customers, addressing them by name. Notably, the establishment lacks seating arrangements, as all orders are intended for takeout. Situated on a street corner without a designated parking lot, patrons driving to the location must seek street parking alternatives.”
