I and in NY so they took my info over the phone and shipped my item, it arrived in two days! It was a fairly rare grille for my truck, and I was impressed by their dismantler getting it removed from the vehicle with all the hardware intact. It did have a cosmetic/stuctural crack in the plastic when it arrived and they were accomadating about the issue. I would reccomend them!”

“I thought the body work and paint job was very good that Olenders did on my car but I was disappointed that after they had my car for a month the remote car starter and third brake light didn't work. They didn't want to bother fixing them and I was left to do it on my own. This really annoyed me since everything was working on the vehicle before Olenders worked on it.It must be nice to not be held accountable.”
