“I thought the body work and paint job was very good that Olenders did on my car but I was disappointed that after they had my car for a month the remote car starter and third brake light didn't work. They didn't want to bother fixing them and I was left to do it on my own. This really annoyed me since everything was working on the vehicle before Olenders worked on it.It must be nice to not be held accountable.”

“Such a huge thank you to Bill!!! Midway through my commute to work this morning my battery indicator turned on. Battery is only 2 years old, wasn't experiencing typical alternator issues. I came to have Advanced Auto check my battery level, it was slightly low. After talking with Bill for a little while, he realized I had 2 belts and one was completely shredded.Not only did he identify it, he also walked me through how to install it with his help (tight squeeze required smaller hands). So, not only did Bill save me what would have cost me an arm leg to go get a diagnostic done at a shop, but he also gave me peace of mind driving to work tomorow.So shoutout to Bill who bent over backward to help a chick in need!! I called, spoke to a nice guy and he searched and identified the parts that I needed. it did take some time due to I wanted to confirm all was great. with that being said, a lot of people doesn't want to help people calling in at other businesses, which I am sure you have faced throughout this year . he was patient, knowledgeable, and willing to help me.”
