Towed it in to Main Street T&R and they took great care of us. Gave us an even better deal than quoted. We bought this SUV from S.C. so it's not use to NE harsh weather. We will be back for me work. “At 111k miles my 2013 Ram 2500 had a transmission issue that forced it into "limp mode" which only allows 4th and reverse gears (so you can get it to service). I brought it to Talcot Transmissions in West Hartford and they charged me $145 to "diagnose" it. They claimed the transmission needed to be removed and completely rebuilt for an additional cost of $5600. I had doubts whether all the work was needed so I brought the truck to AAMCO of East Hartford. At AAMCO Steph did a free check and diagnosed a problem with the solenoid pack. The problem was repaired with new parts and works great (for $1525 including tax). Thanks to AAMCO and no thanks to Talcot Transmissions.”
