“This is my second time going to Day Hill Automotive and both experience were absolutely great. Keith and Justin are very professional and friendly. I just picked up my mercedes c300 that had been sitting for 2 years and it's running beautiful. The service was done in a timely manner and I wasn't over charged it actually came under the initial quote. They explained everything the car needed over the phone and with a very detailed email. for installation also.
Brought in the car and the job was done on time. Excellent installation. Nice clean job. He handled everything with the insurance co.

“I called on a Friday morning looking to book an appt to get all new brakes on my ‘21 Subaru Crosstrek (I drive for work) the following week or week after. John, the owner, had time to get me in that day and within an hour my car was on the lift.
He called a bit later to explain the estimate (which was much lower than the dealership where I usually get service done (I know…)). I gave the go-ahead and the car was back to me by late afternoon.
John and his staff took the time to explain every aspect of what they had done, to an extent that was beyond what I had received from other shops but explained in a way I could understand.
About 500 miles after the service, the brakes have settled in and the car feels so much safer and responsive. I cannot say enough positive things about Country Auto Care, and I will be bringing my car there for service from now on. Brilliant shop!”

“Experience #1 - I went to a nearby dealer to buy a part. I got talked into doing a test at the dealer and they came back saying I didn't need the part and that the real issue was my water pump. They wanted to charge over $1K for the total repair. A friend recommended Ron's Automotive. It was late in the day and I called his shop and told him I needed a new water pump. His quote was a lot lower. I got to his shop after hours and dropped my car and key off without meeting Ron or anyone there. Early the next morning I got a call and Ron explained that I didn't need a new water pump. All I needed was a the part that I was originally going to buy. The quote he gave me for the repair was more than fair.”

“I was very skeptical of where to take my Audi to be serviced because I've heard horror stories about how expensive it can be to maintain these types of cars after owning Subaru/Honda. I also didn't want just anyone working on my Audi, as I realize the components aren't as simple as my former vehicles. After shopping around I found Ziggy who is an expert in this field and gives you complete comfort/satisfaction knowing your car is in good hands and he is not trying to "see what you are worth" by tacking on excessive orders. He was able to check out my vehicle tell.me what was good, what was bad, what could use Improvement, what I could wait on and at a very reasonable price. I will be sure to be using this location as my official Mechanic for all future auto maintenance/repairs.
