“My most recent experience was at first not so great, it was a stressful situation with a newer truck and a possibly huge repair but, I do have to say, they really pulled out all the stops to make it better. They bent over backward to help me get my truck back lightning fast with a pretty major repair. After the first few bumps in the road, it was extremely smooth sailing, and the truck is running good as new (they even got the petrified french fries out from between the seats!) Thank you Matt in the service department and everyone who helped get me back on the road. 100% recommend!”

“Everyone was extremely nice, professional and very kind to me during a very difficult time in my life. I lost my husband this past year and decided that having 4 vehicles made little to no sense for me. “We were longtime customers of another auto repair in Canton and we loved and trusted the owner.When the business closed because I always like to support business in town, I tried another garage nearby and the service was awful and the service manager was rude. I needed a new “home”. A friend recommended Collinsville Auto and her recommendation was spot on. I recently had great service as always with these folks. I received a detailed quote complete with pictures about what repair needed to be done. Work was completed on time with a loaner vehicle provided. “I stopped by dynamic auto yesterday because two of my tires were low on air, and due to the cold weather the tires were having a hard time letting air in. So I was told to go to dynamic auto, and even though all he did was put air in my tires he was extremely friendly, efficient and kind and so welcoming. He even went above and beyond because he put air in all four of my tires, when only two of them needed air. I give that place a 10/ 10 and if I need service I would take my car there. It was the owner who helped me, from reading other reviews, I think his name is Jeff.”

“Experience #1 - I went to a nearby dealer to buy a part. I got talked into doing a test at the dealer and they came back saying I didn't need the part and that the real issue was my water pump. They wanted to charge over $1K for the total repair. A friend recommended Ron's Automotive. It was late in the day and I called his shop and told him I needed a new water pump. His quote was a lot lower. I got to his shop after hours and dropped my car and key off without meeting Ron or anyone there. Early the next morning I got a call and Ron explained that I didn't need a new water pump. All I needed was a the part that I was originally going to buy. The quote he gave me for the repair was more than fair.”

“Had an oil change at Midas. They said I had oil in my coolant. Took it to Subaru dealer, they said it was a head gasket and would be $5000+. I took it to Route 44 Tire on a recommendation. They said it would be under $2000. But when they did diagnostic it was something really simple. A $100 part and with labor the total bill was about $200. They could have done the head gasket and charged me $2000. But were honest and only replaced what was needed. And I will be sending a letter to Subaru's corporate office.”

“Fairly new to area and wasn't happy with place that was servicing my car as prices were high. I took my car in for service at Davidson Chevrolet and was pleasantly surprised at the final cost. Everything I needed was done and although one problem was found so I will need to return I am glad they inspected it and found it which would have caused further problems down the road.Also private waiting room made the wait easy. Car was ready in reasonable time. I will definitely be using Davidson Chevrolet service dept as my new place for car repairs.”

“We moved from Florida and needed to register our vehicles. Per Connecticut laws, we needed to get an emissions testing before the vehicles could be registered. We called and booked an appointment. On the day of the testing, we parked our cars, checked in with customer service, and gave them our keys. We didn't know where to park, so we parked on the outside perimeter of the parking lot and that seemed to not be an issue. For both cars, it took about 30 minutes. We waited in the waiting room; once they were done, they called our name and we checked out. The place was busy but efficient, waiting room was packed but we were able to snag a chair. Overall, the service was quick and I would definitely use them again.”
